Heat Treatment for A356

A356 aluminum contains between 6.5-7.5% silicon as the main alloying element. Aluminum fluidity has very good flowability which allows to cast very varied and complex shaped parts. Excellent mechanical properties are obtained after the various heat treatments we propose. In addition to good corrosion resistance, Aluminum is easily weldable and can be machined easily. General use for parts that require high strength are turbines, pump bodies and structural parts. It can also be used as a replacement for 6061 aluminum alloy.

Heat Treatment for AZ91E

Magnesium-aluminum-zinc alloy is known for having good mechanical properties. Used for automotive components such as transmission boxes and NDT electronic apparatus, auto parts such as dashboard panels, doors, and seats. In some cases, we may attain similar mechanical properties as pressure die-casted parts.
