COMPACTED GRAPHITE IRON
Although not as common, Compacted graphite iron (CGI) is still beneficial in specific applications. At Fusium, we’ve developed in-depth expertise to provide you with exemplary service, even for this relatively complex alloy. Fusium produces Compacted Graphite Iron castings from 200 lb to 12,000 lb (100 kg to 5500 kg).

CGI is extremely reliable and durable. That’s why its popularity is increasing. At Fusium, we offer a wide variety of CGI products that meet the standards of high performance you want for this alloy. We presently use the ASTM A-842 standard for this type of iron.
